hello friend :)
okay, first, let’s take a deep breath! everything will be okay!
second, there could be a few things going on… they could be a) physical (health related), b) mental or c) a combination of both. the best thing to do is seek guidance from a health professional.
so you’re eating healthy food? that’s great! you get a gold star!
do you keep a food log? if not, you definitely should. right now you may think you’re eating a lot, and you may be, but recording it will clear up a lot of concerns, and will also be great for a health professional to assess what may be happening. sometimes we eat, and we don’t realize how much or how little we’re eating, and recording it will help with that. i’ve attached some sample food logs below, i would also recommend writing how you feel, and be specific, so if there is a pattern of eating when you’re upset or sad, you can identify it.
i found a few food log templates online, but you can also make your own.
make sure to write your mood/what you’re feeling every time you eat, this doesn’t have to be a permanent thing, but do it for at least a week.
anyone have anything to share?
